When we have more work than our core team can handle, or when a client needs coverage across a wide area, we bring in pilots from the network on a project-by-project basis. You work as a subcontractor on specific jobs, and we handle client communication, scheduling coordination, and quality standards.

This model works well for pilots who want meaningful work on interesting projects without running their own full drone business, and for clients who need dependable help without managing multiple independent contractors themselves.
